iPad Pro vector apps for creating stock designs

I create designs for stock websites, which requires vectors, usually in EPS and JPEG formats. Wondering which iPad Pro apps are best for creating vectors that easily translate into file types for stock sites. Preferably an app that can link up with Illustrator on my desktop.

I know of Adobe Draw, but not wanting the ongoing cost of subscribing to Illustrator CC if possible.
