Has anyone order with very her in uk and had their order despatched yet? Mine is still showing as being processed by supplier even though the delivery date still stands for the 15th. Customer services said it should be here but they didn't really seem to know what they were talking about.

Yeah typical.... as soon as I posted this I had an email saying despatched. I was worried I wasn't going to get mine tomorrow as the 256gb 10.5 was not showing anymore online. I phoned up and they couldn't give an answer so I cancelled the order and ordered the 64gb which was showing as one day delivery. And as I thought both are coming tomorrow now. So I have the inconvenience of having to send one back now. Great lol

In this situation, when delivered don't take it, it will go back with the courier
 
I missed my delivery of my 10.5 today, gutted! been checking status all week like a loon, got email yesterday to say it had been dispatched

is anyone else expecting to get the £100 credit back to your very account if you purchased buy now pay later? it was the main reason I purchased from very as it worked out at a 16% discount on the 64gb wifi 10.5... fingers crossed, as I hear they don't like to honour the deals after the return window has ended...

Yep, I'd originally ordered the new 10.5" from Apple but sent it back as £100 off a release day purchase is too good to miss out on.

I've used Very for their cashback offers a few times now and never had any issues (most recently £50 off a PS4 Pro). As long as you follow their T&C's and don't try to combine multiple offers you will be fine. I think a lot of the complaints online stem from people trying to use more than one promo code or not selecting the correct payment type at checkout.
 
Mine is out for delivery today. I got 10% off the order for choosing buy now pay later, and the £100 cashback brings it down to £539 for the 10.5 256gb model. that's nearly 25% off.

I'm not sure you could combine those offers, I think its mentioned in the T&Cs so you'll just the 10% off. I've got to wait until the 3rd for the cellular version to be delivered with the £100 cashback.

Just checked the very website and it looks as though the 10% discount is a different offer and not joint with the £100 cashback.

Great deal if you get it.
 
I've just received an email to confirm my cashback has been logged and will be processed by the 20th July.
