I don’t know if it’s software issues or problems with my iPad Pro 11” but I’ve had issues with the wifi since I got it.

The problem starts when the internet suddenly stops working, mostly after waking up from sleep and I noticed it happens more often when I wake up from sleep if I was previously playing video in Netflix. If I try to disconnect from the network by disabling the wifi from control center, the toggle button goes white but the wifi icon keeps showing up in the status bar like it’s still connected. If I turn the wifi off completely from Settings, the wifi icon still shows in the status bar but with the bars being grey. If I reboot the iPad then it works again.

I will attempt a restore before taking it to Apple but I was wondering if anybody has any issues similar to what I describe.

At first I thought it could be my router but it also happens at my parents house, at work, at the airport, etc.

That can’t be a router. It’s seems to be a software glitch. Nothing is wrong with your iPad. Try a restore as you have already planned for. Should fix it. Or before the restore try a reset all settings and reset network settings.

EXACTLY same issue here and it started since the last software update. Incredibly annoying but hopefully it will be resolved with the next update. Sometimes toggling airplane mode on and off helps but else I always have to restart the the iPad.
