and there will be month subscription, or just option for purchasing product? (Because I would love to buy it whole than just subscriptions)

Not announced (at least I don't think it has been). However given Adobe's current strategy I cannot see anything other than subscription pricing

Adobe makes a business from selling subscriptions.

Affinity Photo is good though struggle to use as involves a steep learning curve. If however, coming from Photoshop should be straight forward to use. Pixelmator is an excellent app also which is more straight forward to use. Both are cheap to buy and do not involve a subscription.

I’m just hoping PS will be part of our LR/PS subscription. They give us both versions of LR so I’m hoping it’s include. I’m not paying more for it though.

Apple and Adobe teased the release of Photoshop for the iPad Pro late last year. Here was one of the press statements surrounding that from October 2018:

Adobe announces full Photoshop CC for iPad shipping 2019, syncs with desktop

As the summer progressed, it seemed as though it would be slated for a fall release. Last month, they sent this out...

...which seemed to indicate it would be ready when a new iPad Pro was announced during the October Apple showcase -- but then Apple didn't have one. A little into October, Adobe made a statement that Photoshop for the iPad Pro would be coming now in 2020. I'm sure this was due to the fact that Apple has decided not to release an updated iPad Pro until next year.

This whole thing has been a bit of a disappointment for those of us who have been waiting now a year for this. I would be willing to bet the problem is on Apple's side, not Adobe's.

They demoed PS while using a 2nd gen IPP, so it should work on what is currently available. The most recent thing I read is they are committed to releasing it this year, with Illustrator coming next year. I’m in the process of trying to learn Affinity, (which so far hasn’t proved that easy) in case their price points don’t agree with mine. 😱😲🤪

I'm skeptical that the Gen 2 model would run full Photoshop satisfactorily for most users. It's a powerful device, but the peak of capability for any computing device would be the ability to crunch the data necessary to manage large image manipulation.

The demo looked interesting, but I'm sure they used low-load imagery to do it. I still think we won't see anything released now until the next gen unit is announced.
