Does anyone have any info on how wide the ipad rear camera focal length equivalents are?

I am looking for the widest camera of all the ipads that is available now:

ipad pro 12.9" (2018, 3rd gen)
ipad pro 11" (2018)
ipad mini 5 (2019)
ipad air 3 (2018)
ipad (2019, 7th gen)

all I can find everywhere are the resolutions and f-stops

Simply knowing the Focal Length (FL) won't give you the answer you are looking for.

By "widest camera" I presume you are meaning "widest angle of view" (widest AoV). To get that information you need to know the lens FL, the size of the active area of the sensor, and the sensor's aspect ratio. You also need to clearly define whether the AoV you are interested in is for the short dimension of the image, the long dimension, or the diagonal. The standard in photographic specifications for AoV is the diagonal.

XR 4mm - equivalent to 26mm in 35mm
iPP 11 3mm - equivalent to 29mm in 35mm

To figure out each iPP you need to have an image from them and look at the EXIF data.

The iPad Pro 12.9 2018 model is the same as the 11 inch model. As such it has a Focal Length of 3mm - which takes the shot at 29mm based on Focal Length of 35mm
