iPad reboots since 9.3

Since updating my iPad 2 to 9.3 (and now 9.3.1) it has been rebooting randomly almost every day -- sometimes several times per day. I've never experienced such random crashes and reboots with any of my iOS devices ever.

Anyone else having this issue? I can't go back to 9.2.1 as Apple is no longer signing it. Is there a jailbreak available or any solution to this?

Think I've found the answer. 9.3 breaks PAC ad blocking.

What does PAC stand for?

Never mind I got it, proxy auto config.

After a few days I realized I'd rather take a couple of crashes every day than the barrage of mindless ads on most websites. So I re-enabled PAC.
