iPad "restored" itself...

All my data is still there but I'm getting the activation screen again, and the servers are down I guess?? When I downloaded the official new version of iTunes it said my iPad needed to be updated so I went to the device list and clicked update, it said "This version of the iPad software (5.0) is the current version."

I really don't want to wipe my iPad, any advice??

Can't sync or transfer purchases. Downloaded the OS manually from Apples servers but option+update gave me a 3002 error. I'm trying to get ahold of the dev I tested for over the summer but I haven't heard back.

It's kind of stupid Apple doesn't allow beta devices to update through iTunes/wifi. Not sure how any devs can get people to test apps if the devices are just going to self brick eventually.

Still can't connect to the activation server.

Should have updated to gold weeks ago.

Tested from June-August, all later Beta were OTA so I didn't even think to go download the public and load it manually. Thought Apple would give an OTA for public.

Same thing happened to me today. I thought I was up to date since itunes said so. My girlfriends Ipad does not have any SH blobs saved, trying to figure out how I'm going to fix this.
