Hi I recently purchased an iPad wifi 3G 64gb, and i did so from a local bestbuy. It has been 28 days since I bought the iPad and I also bought the 1 year black tie protection plan which covers almost everything to accidental damage. The iPad was indeed great until I realized that I spent close to $1100 for something I actually did not need. Don't get me wrong it is a great product but now I realized it's not something I actually needed. So please if any one can help with some tips or advice on how i can return my product for the full refund it will be greatly appreciated!! I am hoping that the policy is 30 days yet I have heard computers are about 14 day policy thus leaving me stuck, but is this actually a computer or a large iPod touch? And I am not quite sure if there is actually a restocking fee or not? So If anyone knows the actual policy / tips on how i can get a full refund it will be great! Thank you (I have reciept and everything else)

Keep and save yourself money

Get rid of the ridiculously overpriced best buy warranty and get squaretrade for under 100 , 2 years and covers water , breakage ect.
The warranty you can prob return within 30.

If you dont want the unit at all these are selling well on craigslist and ebay since some stores are always out of that model.

Not gonna' happen.

You're best bet is to just try and sell it on eBay or craigslist at this point.

edit: beaten.

Pretty sure that the full return is only 14 days. It's as expensive as a regular computer or laptop so there is more for them to lose on a 30day warranty. That's what I was told on day 15. A little late for buyers remorse. Another reason for not buying the most expensive model if you are not sure you need it. Just keep it and learn to like it or sell it are your options now

Not a chance

Return policy is 14 days, and that's only if something is visually wrong with it. As has been said, you will need to sell on ebay or craigslist. Should get close to what you paid for it minus shipping.

Why stop there? Return it to Best Buy, then file a claim with your insurer for theft and get a payout. Then you're ahead $1,000.

Not a chance...x2

If you say you have wifi issues, they will give it to a Geek, test it, see that they have no wifi issues, and conclude that you have a router issue. Then you are back to square one again. Put it on ebay and forget about it.

Doubtful.

I didn't keep my first iPad more than 2-3 days and I did what I had to do: Went to the Apple store and paid the restocking fee.

Should have done research first. I always ask myself what I'll do with this product, if I need it, what are others like it, and etc. and only then I make my decision. Can't help with your problem - sell it on ebay if you want... you're stuck.

I returned mine and it was on 20th day. No restocking fee either. Some bestbuys say 14 days and some say 30 days. Go ahead and try to return it and see what happens.
