Hello folks
Purchased my iPad two weeks ago, got it replaced last Wednesday due to dead pixels and my new one has a fair bit of light bleed and a speck of aliminium dust under the screen in the corner. I'm not very happy and just want to get my money back now. I'm not prepared to spend £500 for an item of poor quality.
When I returned my first one, they had to refund the original on to an iTunes card then use the card to pay for the second one - don't ask why. The receipt shows no refund for iTunes Card.
My questions are this:
1. Will i have any problems asking for a refund?
2. If they state its not faulty, am I still able to return within the 14 days even if it's been used and will there be a restocking fee?
3. Should I have a problem getting my cash back because it was technically purchased using an iTunes card?
Thanks for the help.
