iPad iPad Safari Printing

I have a crazy requirement to print from a webpage, in landscape mode by page. On my desktop the content is formatted so it fits perfectly in landscape mode by page. This allows me to break the document up by printing sections that need to be emailed to people. Any thoughts on an application or a way to accomplish all these odd requirements on and iOS device. I'd like to avoid traveling with my laptop and iPad so this would be of great help.

Note, if you print standard sections are cut off so it must be landscape.

Also, you must have page breaks so it can be saved and split into different documents.

If it's simply to lighten your travel pack and you have a laptop, one option would be to vpn into your laptop from the iPad, do the print to PDF on the laptop and save it to iCloud/ Dropbox/ etc and then email the pdfs as you see fit. Not ideal, but I don't think iOS offers the level of customization you need.

I'm looking for a simple solution for my mother. This would be a bit complex. Looking for an app or config I am missing.
