There is the bright spot display issue in my iPad air 3. Even I didn’t drop and sit on my iPad, this issue happened to me. The most unlucky condition is that this issue happened to me after my expiration of warranty. But I also don’t know exactly is that this bright spot issue occurred either before my expiration of warranty or after the warranty, as the bright spot is too indiscernible on white background and tiny for a glance. So I made researches on internet through youtube, websites and pages and what I found out is that issue is not happened only to me and to my iPad air 3 model. Even a lot of old model of iPad pros faced with screen bleeding and bright spot. Thats why I contacted to the Apple support and explained about my issue. But all I got from the Apple support after my long explains was that was my fault of not buying the AppleCare for another one year.

From that moment I doubted the Apple about its products. Buying their products without AppleCare is like trying to win the game of Poker against gangster gamblers. They are like “spend more or let your device abased”.

They also knew that there are lots of display issues on their products. These issues are not only happened to one model line up of their iPad. Also happened to other models of iPad pro and iPad air, even on the MacBook.

They didn’t try to make effort to solve these screen issues, all they do is saying the word “AppleCare and warranty”. All they want is more money from the buyers compared to other brands.

After the contacting with the support team, all I realized is that I can’t trust on Apple Products, also on the Apple Company anymore. I thought Apple was a quality product but I’m not thinking that anymore. I feel like they are selling the unqualified products with higher prices compared to other brands to users. I can tell that since there are less product issues on other brands and Apple is selling only their software, not the qualified products.

Imagine that you used $500 on iPad and $1000 on iPhone without AppleCare, after one year warranty and some errors and issues occurred on your devices without your fault. How will you feel about that? Happy?

From this lesson, I understand why Lew from Unbox Therapy don’t like and use Apple products.

So this will be my last Apple Product for me and my family.

Same here! Stopped buying Apple about a year ago - didn't kill me :) I spent much more than you on my devices and in the end most of them developed light bleeding, uneven backlighting, whitespots and touch screen problems. Apple Support in many cases denied my claims and forced me to buy more and more. Shame on Apple, they were much better long ago. Seems those times have passed.
