iPad screen issue

My iPad seems to be getting really warm in the lower right side, has anybody else experienced this? I've had it since launch day and it's just starting now.

I've had mine since launch as well, and I haven't noticed anything
Are you having any other issues?

Sometimes when I try to turn it off it comes right back on, but other than that it's been pretty solid
