iPad mini iPad small keyboard keeps popping up & won’t switch to full

Anyone else having this issue? That tiny keyboard keeps popping up when I try opening the keyboard and when I 2 finger zoom out to try to switch to full keyboard it doesn’t

Yeah I’ve had the same issue. Only happens for me when I’m using the pencil, if I turn off Scribble in settings I no longer get the mini keyboard, but thats not the solution I want. I want to be able to pinch + zoom the small keyboard back to the regular one.

That is the way it is on my iPad Pro 12.9 Gen 5 as well. Pinch and some was never working on the scribble small key board, or at least for me..

Same issue, happens not only when using the Pencil but if Scribble is on. Cannot enlarge or remove the keyboard and it appears even if connected to an Apple keyboard case.

@trenchantly It works fine for me (M1 iPad Air 5, 16.2) - two-finger pinch makes it small, two-finger spread makes it large. Plz see images:
