Ipad software

My ipad is running iOS 10.3.3. Is this the latest operating system for iPad, if not why are there no updates indicated?

Your iPad is probably the iPad 4, which cannot be updated to iOS 11.

If your not sure, go into Settings > General > About and look for what your Model number is. Google that model number and it should give you an indication of what iPad you have.
