Hey all, first post.

I've noticed on the iPad specific keyboard (w/dock) that imprinted on the top are some shortcut keys for tasks like home button, screen brightness, volume, etc. I'm wondering if some of these shortcuts like volume and screen brightness will also work on Apple's Wireless Keyboard with the iPad.

I love the functionality of the Wireless keyboard, but I wish It had the specific hotkeys up top. Thoughts?

In order for them to work they would have to exist, so unless a new version of the apple wireless keyboard comes out with these dedicated keys then no they will not work.

Hmm, last time I checked their Wireless Keyboard had screen brightness control, volume control buttons, as well as music control- play/pause and next/previous track.

It would certainly make sense for it to "just work", as a great majority of Apple's products are multi-functional, but we won't know for sure until April 3rd. :p

Oh my bad, I'm a PC guy and can't say I've ever owned Apples wireless keyboard, I'll be sure to do my research first next time though
