iPad iPad storage speed test question

Hey guys I am new to this program community I am here to ask if my iPad 5 gen with the A9 chipset is a NVMe storage with a controller head unit and ssd compartment or a NAND base certification image below of the device? Also what do the stats below suggest of the read and the write disk speed of the type of storage my Ipad has?

Speed specs

Read 286mbs sec
Write 619mbs sec
