My iPad Air 2 (Cellular) isn't getting the option to upgrade to iOS 10. Everytime I check for an update it says its on the latest, 9.3.5.

My iPhone was able to upgrade to iOS10, my Watch was able to upgrade to watchOS3, and my Macbook was able to upgrade to macOS Sierra. Just my iPad stuck on the older OS.

Anyone else have the same issue or was able to get it updated?

Plugged in via iTunes and iOS 10 came up as an option. Updating now. But going through Settings it never showed up.

Do you have a iOS 9 profile? If so delete it, hard reset and try again (mine was the same and after doing this ios10 showed up)

How do you "plug via iTunes"? I have the same problem

Connect your idevice to a computer (with iTunes installed) and open iTunes. Click on the icon of your device on the top left in iTunes and you'll go in the summary page. The rest is fairly self explanatory.

How much free space do you have on your iPad? If you do not have enough to download the update, I believe it will not allow you to update. Then you would have to update via iTunes.
