iPad Sync Problem - TV Shows purchased on iPad still show up

Having an issue where TV shows which I purchased on the iPad won't delete when I sync. I have a specific playlist of TV shows that I am syncing and it syncs those, plus all the other shows I purchased on the iPad. No other playlists are checked to be syncing. Any ideas?

Tried erasing the Purchased on iPad playlist and still no go. Any thoughts?

Try to restore it to factory settings.
