So I haven’t synced my iPad with my pc yet, but am kind of nervous to do so. Granted I haven’t manually put any books on there I’m wondering what happens? Will it just create a new backup like my iPhone? Can I force it to keep books I load via iTunes so when I sync again it doesn’t delete them? I have epubs from Humble Bundles I like to read but my iPhone deletes them when iTunes backs it up so I have to put them back on there with iTunes.

Thanks in advance :)

Before you synce make sure your ITunes is updated. iTunes will basically sync any apple settings and apps you’ve downloaded. You have the options of syncing to the cloud and to your computer. You can do both. All the stuff you have with other apps stays with that application.

Ahh so maybe I need to try and get my stuff in iTunes first instead of just copying to my iPhone and iPad. I’ll try that. Thanks :)
