iPad syncing IBooks with iPhone 4?

Hi I am having problems with my iBooks from my iPad not showing up on my iPhone 4 even though I sync both devices with my iTunes on my PC. Can anyone help me or walk me through the process? I have latest updates on iTunes, iPad and iPhone 4.

BTW I do have a PC with Windows 7 ;(

Have you enabled iBook syncing for iPad in iTunes?

No, maybe I'll try that. Thanx for the tip BTW where do I go to do enable it?

It's in the books tab in iTunes under your iPad (when you plug it in).
