I submitted my very first app, and all was well till I got this rejection. I didn't think it was all that bad but fair enough, it is pretty hard ( for me) to find a solution. If anyone can give me advice I would GREATLY appreicaite it. Thank you.

Reasons
2.2: Apps that exhibit bugs will be rejected
2.2

We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPad running iOS 7.1 and iPhone 5s running iOS 7.1, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

Your app loads to a black screen with no content.

I have my SDk on Xcode and all architects checked to latest iOS or iOS 7.1 and iPhone and iPad checked and on top of Xcode under DEVICE I just checked IPAD. in Xcode organizer i have my provisioning profiles and I updated it on my accounts profile.
I am pretty much stuck and have no clue.
So any step by step instructions I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

This seems to be your problem. It doesn't sound like a provisioning profile problem. The app runs but there is only a black screen.

I would try to duplicate their hardware/os setup and see what happens. Make sure you are testing with an adhoc build because it is the closest to what they tested with. If you can't duplicate the problem find some beta testers.
