All of the sudden it seems like my (jailbroken) iPad has an issue where it appears to sense my touches a little too high, perhaps a quarter-inch or and eight of an inch. Its hard to tell precisely. But it's really annoying for any lists that are relatively small, as I'm consistently selecting the item higher than the one I'm trying to select. It's even hard to click the Settings categories with any kind of reliability. I had to "click" the Wireless item about 4 times before I was able to actually select it. I've had the thing for a month and it's only recently started doing this so I'm pretty sure it's not me.

Anyone have any ideas? Thought I'd ask before performing a restore. Thanks.

(no, I'm not drunk either!!)

Yes, I've had this exact same problem and I thought my iPad was defective. Just do a simple restore and don't use a backup. The touchscreen should recalibrate itself when you start fresh.
