Hi Everyone,

Looking into getting a new iPad and debating between the new iPad air or the IPP 2020.

I have read stuff of people who get's one and easily returns them. Can someone let me know if in the UK, I could order both, open and test them, and then return the one that I don't want to keep?

Or maybe even both if not fully conviced?

Cheers,

Are you able to go to a store and compare both instead of buying them both and then comparing them?
I have always done that in the past, but due to current situation with covid and all that, it has become increasingly more difficult. I have never done something like this and always tested devices in store.

Taking that into account, any feedback please?

You have until 8th jan to return products due to covid if you order between now and Christmas Day. You don’t need a reason to return so yeah will be fine

I'd probably look online closely and compare features, benefits, and reviews of both and then choose one based on that. Hopefully that one would satisfy my needs, but if not then return or exchange for the other.

is this extended returns policy in place in the UK? I can see nothing in the terms, or on the gift section of the Apple website.

Edit: I see it now on the UK Christmas section on apple.com.
