Hi,
I sent in my old iPad Air 2 for trade-in to Brightstar using the form on the Apple website. Brightstar rejected the trade in claiming there was damage to the enclosure and lowered their offer from $130 to $0. Having proof (photos) that there was nothing wrong with the iPad when I sent it in, I rejected the $0 offer and asked for it to be sent back.
After a few weeks I received the iPad back, in perfect working condition as I sent it in... no sign of the damage they claimed.
I want to give the iPad to a family member instead, but the problem is the iPad was sent back with a profile installed on it and it says the iPad is under supervision and restricted. I have tried following a few guides on how to remove the profile but nothing works... any idea on how to remove the profile and unrestrict it?
Thanks
