Product Names
Both names are stupid. One reminds me of that annoying candy that gets stuck in your teeth, or some form of baby talk, and the other reminds me of a feminine hygiene product, or a pad of paper if you will (boring).
Score: Tie (They both suck.)
Size and weight
The joojoo is .33" wider and 3.24" longer than the iPad, but it's also .2" thicker and a pound heavier. Is 3.24" of extra screen real estate worth an extra pound? Only time will tell.

Wireless
The joojoo supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, but only up to 802.11b/g speeds. The iPad does Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, has a 3G cellular option without a contract ($130 extra + $14.99-$29.99 a month), and a mini-SIM card tray for possible future carriers (AT&T you suck!) It also has assisted GPS and a digital compass.

Capacity
Holy crap this can't be right. The joojoo has a 4GB SSD. I guess you're not going to be downloading too much to this thing. The iPad has a 16GB, 32GB, or 64GB flash drive, which isn't as necessarily secure as an SSD, but you can hold a lot more stuff (4x more minimum) and it's all backed up in the cloud and on your home computer.

Display
The joojoo has a 12.1" widescreen multi-touch (is this thing LED?) display with a 1366 by 768 resolution, whereas the iPad has a 9.7" widescreen multi-touch LED display with IPS tech for enhanced angled viewing but only a 1024 by 768 resolution.
Score: If the joojoo is an LED, which I suspect it's not or they would have posted it on their website, then it's a Tie, because I seriously doubt your average person is going to notice a difference in resolution on screens this small. As for video support, that's another story.
Video Support
The joojoo supports 1080p and the iPad supports 720p. You do the math. In the end I don't think you're average consumer can tell the difference, nor should they care. Look Honey I can see a scuff mark on Brad Pitt's 3rd nostril hair from the right! I have a 720p HDTV and it looks great. Matter of opinion I guess.

Software Support
The joojoo has a browser-based OS with support for Flash 10.1 and Java. The iPad runs a bumped up iPhone-like OS with support for Java and about 140,000 apps and growing. I guess it just depends on what you're going to use one of these devices for.
Score: Undecided. Flash is all over the web (for now), but 140,000 custom-made apps are compelling to say the least.
Battery and Power
The joojoo can surf the web for 5-hours straight. The iPad can do it for 10. I think both claims are exaggerated, much like MPG claims on vehicles used to be.
Score: iPad Wins based on math, but the true test has yet to come.
Other Stuff (I'm getting tired of typing this from my phone!!!)
The joojoo and the iPad have a lot of the same crap, like single button switches, ambient light sensors, and accelorameters. However, The joojoo has a camera for video conferencing and a USB port. The iPad does not (WTF Apple!) Instead it has a bunch of lame and costly adapters. What if I want to charge my computer, or type, while I'm downloading some photos? That's right I can't, because it has no real multi-tasking. Doh! I hope it's at least Eye-Fi compatible. Video conferencing would have rocked, while eating the crap out of battery life (not to mention augmented reality games), but I could have just docked it if the camera had been built-in. This was a major oversite (of course there's always revision B!) How about using the iPhone as the only means for a webcam on the iPad, kind of like the way the BT-1 works for the Mac. Now there's a marketing scam in the making.
Anyway, I've gotten sloppy and off track. Feel free to add to this, or critique my oversites. I'm glad there's competition for both devices and much more to come. Let the tablet wars begin, and the consumers win!!!
