I have a ipad 9 that has lines showing up on the screen. I am trying to figure out what the process is to get an appointment to get it looked at? Is there an online portal or do I need to call the nearest store?

or just call Apple Support. They can make an appointment for you.

I went with the express replacement, they ship me a replacement and then I ship the broken one back after it gets there. Did it with my kids iPad Air 3's with the bright spot issue.

dropped mine at the authorized service center. Took 6 days to get a replacement. Still a 2018 12.9 though lol.
