Hi everyone,

I live in Canada - if I were to go to the US and buy an iPad, would I be able to take it to a Genius Bar at my local Apple Store in Toronto?

How would they actually tell if the iPad is from the US? Are the serial numbers localized, or do they not keep track of the country of origin?

Thanks!

Usually Apple products are covered worldwide. I can buy MacBook Pro here and bring it into Apple Store in Tokyo. I bet iPad is the same way, at least after iPad is officially launched in your country.
