Earlier today, I reset my iPad Pro to factory, and set it up as new.
Reasoning for doing this, is irrelevant.

I learned today, that I can have widgets on the first Home Screen of the iPad. On three occasions in the last 30 minutes, I have added the specific widgets I want, and removed the default ones I did not want.

After working in various apps, and then going back to the Home Screen, all the widgets I setup are gone. And, the default widgets are back.

What am I missing here?

Thanks all.

Hmm, I reset the screen icons, via settings.
I wonder if that resets the widgets on the Home Screen, too...

“Reset Home Screen Layout”, I am willing to bet this is why the widgets reset.

Today, the widgets seem to be stable.
