Carrier iPad Wifi disconnected, icon " vanished"

Please help! There's some kind of code or embedded script that goes from my iPhone to my iPad that is turning off my iPad Wifi ( happened today, see below diagnosis ) and my wifi icon ( top left corner) disappeared. My iPhone was not powered on at the time . I was only using my iPad. Apple support help was almost useless.
Anyone, please?

Not that I could make sense out of the code myself, but how would it transfer to your iPad if the supposed sender is off? Do you use iCloud Keychain?

It old but this hasn’t happened before. How can ANYTHING turn off my WiFi and even “ vanish” the icon?

I also experience my Bluetooth and iPhone in airplane mode connected to each other turning off while this happens on my iPad. These are SEPARATE, meaning my iPhone is in airplane mode and connected to my Bluetooth. Then my iPad is connected to WiFi when all of a sudden my iPad disconnected wifi, the icon “ vanishes” and my Bluetooth turns off and my iPhone stops playing the music ( doesn’t turn off though).
Clearly it’s more than just “ hardware” yes? Does this make sense?
