iPad wifi issues UK

Hey guys. I have the wifi16GB version us import here in the uk.

I'v been noticing the last few days the wifi has been really poor everywhere ivbeen. Sorry correction the Internet speeds. As the wifi appears to be full or almost full bars the connection is somewhat poor. Only this evening I was struggling to watch YouTube videos and some BBC iplayer items that I switched to my Mac and from the same position in the house had no issues.

Anywone else experience this or is it just me?!

I've also experienced poor web perforance over the last couple of days (iPad and everthing else), its a bit of a 'dog' at the moment!

Arrrggghhh i'v just spent last hour trying to play videos. Streaming on the iPad is frekin annoying now. I'v put the iPad down now and watching on the MacBook pro. Fliping annoying. Wish apple will sort this whole wifi out.

Who are you using for your wifi...home router or cloud ect

It has been an issue with these ipads from day 1. Apple is supposed to release a fix soon though.

Well my experience is as follows with my 16GB WiFi iPad. I have a Dlink DIR-635 n router which had no firmware update (model B1 running 2.21EU firmware. All was fine but I updated the firmware as there was talk that latest firmware was better. I then started getting all sorts of issues with my router and my iPad. Net result I then went and downgraded back to the original firmware again and all is fine. Latest != greatest in my experience with my router.

I am not seeing the same problem.
Happily watched the whole of the Crazies over Wifi streaming (from an HD video).

I occasionally get a WiFi slowdown. But flipping WiFi off and on again seems to fix it.
