Ipad with clip on microphone

I have an older ipad... Only allows ios9.

I have an exterior clip on microphone and a bluetooth speaker. I want the sound to come out of the speaker. Not something I record... but live. I cannot seem to find an app that will work. Free is always best. Please help. Thanks
