I have just bought an ipad today currently has OS 3.2.1

I went to the app store and try to find the app UCienabler for accessing wireless internet at my university. However it wouldnt show up in app store on the ipad. Then I tried downloading in via itune on macbook first and try to sync it to ipad. It shows syncing and installing but after the progress bar finishes the app dissappears. What is happening?

I had thought that iPad was able to run all ios apps.

Can someone on their iPad try if this app works for you?

Thank you.

It should be there. Try restoring your iPad to 3.2.2. Don't do this if you are jailbroken.

I am jailboken :D
Thats why I didnt want to restore it.
I even tried using itune to sync it there which didnt work.
Its so weird only this program isnt working.
Is there anyway I can copy the app into ipad and install it via installous

Don't ever use Installious, it's all bad. To manually install the app, locate on your computer, then change the extension to zip, once it's unzipped open the Payload folder to locate the app itself, then SSH the app into the Applications folder at the root of your iPad's drive.

Firstly thank you for the help, but I am a little confused.

1, Locate it on my computer (ok)
2, Change extension to zip ( you mean .ipa to zip, or you actually meant the zip it)
3,unzipped (what does that mean, isnt it originally unzipped)
4,Whats the payload folder? Im using a mac so I can see the app in itunes mobile app folder.
5, What happen after I shsh into the app folder do I not have to do any installations?

Is there any instruction or guide I can follow, as it sound a little confusing.

Thanks

Find the app in the iTunes Application section, drag the app to the desktop (it will copy it), make the file extensions visible (Google it), change the App's from .ipa to .zip, open the App when it's icon is zip, navigate to the Payload folder inside of the zipped App and move the app itself to your desktop. You then need to make the file extensions invisible again. SSH into your iPhone (Google it, don't ask here, no really Google it) and put the app itself into the Applications folder at the top of the iDevice's drive, ie, /Applications/[put app here] that's all.

I tried SSH for transferring my purchased apps. I see the icons of the apps in ipad, but they didn't work. (I restarted, and tap on the icon, but app didn't started.)
Anyway i found the solution. At first i didn't register my device, I clicked register later. And when i registered my ipad, itunes sync problem solved.
(in another forum, i saw another tip for this problem: Uncheck the "Automatically sync new apps" below the "Sync Apps" List under Apps tab menu.)
