Ipad downloads IOS 15.0.01 but will not install.. says cant find update. iPhone has no problem installing

deleted 15.0.1 update for ipad and resinstalled .. the verification took forever and will not installation is still a failure

No error message.. it doesnt install but says it is.. the screen doesn’t go into download mode

I have done the following many times.. reinstalled it.. still the same.. then i reset my pro ipad and res installed.. still the same… I would say this is a corrupt file on apples part
