iPad Pro iPadOS 13.1: slide over switcher blurred?

Hi,

I’ve had a persistent problem over the last view beta cycles with the Slide Over Switcher. When I swipe from individual card to card, it works as expected. When I swipe up to view all cards, the entire screen blurs, making it impossible to identify the cards. I thought this was a bug but I’ve seen photos online showing the Switcher as expected, with no blurring.

Has anyone else seen this? Is it a bug or just me? If the former what’s the easiest way to fix?

Saw this on my iPad Air 3 yesterday, I believe. Once I restarted, it went away and didn’t come back. I screenshot it and sent it into Feedback, as I’m on the iPadOS Beta.
