iPad iPadOS 13 Beta 3 Split View Not Working on iPad Pro 12.9

Anyone else experiencing this? I’m on Beta 3, and when I slide the dock up and hold an app to drag it to split view, nothing happens. The app selects and then deselects, it’s not draggable.

Restart first. I saw this yesterday night and a restart fixed for me.

First thing I tried—no luck unfortunately.

You can also try to do it with different timing dragging the app out of dock for split view.
With that being said, I would love to have something like “right click to launch the app in split view” thing. Much better than dragging the app or notification to trigger split view. Touch is inaccurate, yet nobody knows that.
