iPad Pro iPadOS 13 no longer connecting to pencil

Has anyone had an issue where the Apple Pencil stopped working with iPadOS 13? My iPad Pro 3rd Gen no longer recognizes any input from it at all. It shows it connected and shows it charging but doesn't accept any touches from it whatsoever. Any ideas? I've restarted and connected and re-connected and nothing has seemingly fixed it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Try going back to the previous beta and see what happens.
You could also try a reinstall of the current beta.
