IPadOS 15 - can’t select text on Reddit - any attempt to drag the selection scrolls entire page

Noticing a problem in iPadOS 15 on Reddit.com - any attempt to select text by dragging one of the selection bars results in the screen rapidly scrolling up or down the page, making actual text selection impossible. I have a bluetooth keyboard attached which also has a trackpad (which I disable on use) so possibly could be related.

I’m having the same problem, using an iPhone X Max, on another forum. Also, text pasted to one place, is pasted to the top of the text area and other erratic paste related behavior, to the point that I no longer bother trying to use the forum’s text formatting buttons, and just type the formatting html manually.

These are entirely new issues, that only began after upgrading to iOS 15. I’m assuming that the problems stem from compatibility issues with the forum software being used.

I also didn’t have this issue under iPadOS 14.x - new issue with 15.
