I have last years iPad Mini and in Safari, the transition when you want to scroll and the navigation bar “shrinks” is pretty choppy. Are you experiencing this too?

Developer beta yes, where people can discuss and report on things that are glitchy or don’t work…
come on.
If the OP is a genuine developer.... and most people who desperately download beta 1 ARE NOT...
Then as a developer they should totally understand the ramifications of a BETA 1.... and certainly not be coming onto a forum complaining about a choppy animation.
