All iPads iPadOS emoji button on keyboard

Hey all!

I thought that both iOS13 and iPadOS13 had the following change: Separate Emoji and Globe Keys on keyboard.

My iPhone XSmax has the two buttons seperated. My iPad Mini4 does not and I have to press the globe button to get to the emoji keyboard!

Is this normal or just not yet implemented on iPadOS?

You have to have multiple keyboards enabled.

I DO have multiple keyboards enabled. English, Greek and emoji!
Do you have the two buttons seperated?
