So a while ago in iOS 12, I put all of my apps on the dock by putting them all in different folders that I named by category, with the main reason being able to access all my apps for multitasking via the dock. This worked fine, no problems. Now, with iPadOS, I can’t use multitasking from within a folder, it just doesn’t do anything.

Is everyone having this problem?

What you have to do is first tap on the folder.
Next, select the app you want to open with the app already open.
Finally, with the icon dragged to the right of the screen, using your other hand tap on the screen. This will then allow the icon of the app you are trying to open to drop on the screen and be opened next to the app already opened.

Thank you so much!
