All iPads iPadOS - should have long press to Multitask option

There should be a option to toggle long press (or right click as I have it set on mouse settings) to Slide Over/Split View option from the Dock - as opposed to the (what I feel is) clunky drag and drop.

I can agree that it currently feels really clunky. Hopefully Apple makes mouse optimizations in the final version of iOS 13.1!
