iPad iPads On Rollback At Walmart

Just got back from a local store and noted the prices there. I guess other retailers would have to price match if that is their policy so if you are in the market and want one now instead of waiting, go for It. I doubt the price would go any lower in the near future at least.

To me it seems a little too close to the release of the next gen iPads to go for this deal. That's the reason they're on sale, to get rid of stock to prepare for new ones in October/November.

Sam's Club cut $100 off the 32 GB version of the Nexus 4. Google's store hasn't followed suit, but I suspect that Sam's is clearing its stocks to make way for the 10's successor or to help the 10 compete with discounted iPad 4s or both.
