(updated for 2.5)
Just to let you all know, iPhlix 2.5 (name changed at Netflix's request) is out on the App Store. You can get it from this iTunes link.

New 2.5 features:
-Now relies on the Netflix public API (prevents breaking, data loads faster)
-Faster loading of Queue and other user lists
-User option for which tab to load first for each account (e.g. Queue, Instant, Search, etc.)
-Much longer list of Recent items
-Shipped date displayed for "At Home or in the Mail" items
-Returned date displayed for Recent titles
-Search is faster, much more reliable, and returns many more results
-Details view now displays formats available and user rating (if one exists)

New from 2.1 Features:
-Much faster Scrolling and Drag Reorderding
-Fixed login bugs
-Better User Rating loading in the Details view (after the delay of course)
-Better graphics for stars and dots in the details view

New from 2.0 Features:
-Detailed Queue - includes format (Blu-Ray/DVD), genre, rating and availability
-Instant Queue Features - manage your instant queue, add, delete, and reorder items
-Search also allows adding to Instant Queue
-Stunning new visual interface
-Flip upside down to get to the bottom of the list, flip right side up to go back to the top (GREAT for long queues, works with drag reordering too!)
-Can now switch movie formats (Blu-Ray, DVD) in your queue
-Respects Netflix account preference for adding Blu-Ray when available
-Shows number of movies in Queue
-Shows saved movies in a separate list, along with their availability date (when Detailed Queue is turned on)
-Improved search speeds and reliability

What's instant queue?

Instant Queue is the queue of movie that can be streamed to a computer or Roku Netflix box. I have been waiting for this feature as I have one of the Roku boxes and love it!

Thanks for the great update!

Unable to log in?!

Hi, I just purchased iFlix 2.0 and configured it according to my NetFlix username and password. However, when I try to connect, I get the can't log in message. Everything is entered correctly so I am not sure what is wrong. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Same exact problem here, except I was upgrading rather than buying it for the first time.
So in my case, it was working fine prior to the update...and now it's not.
Was really looking forward to seeing the improvements.
Help please?

If the above two problems are isolated I'll definitely be picking up this update today, loved iFlix on Installer and was waiting for the instant queue admin. Thanks!

edit: ok, apparently i'm impatient because i went ahead and bought iFlix. Beautiful app! I do have a few recommendations/concerns:

- when adding items from search, they don't seem to be appearing in my queue (regular or instant)
- when browsing items, I'm not seeing my previous ratings (that i've done from the site itself). Though i do see them once they've been added to my queue or when searching.
- no recommendations are appearing, both in detailed and fast
- is there a quick way to move items to the top? I tried to start dragging an item that was 12th or so on my list to the top and it freaked out and just started slowly scrolling to the top even when i let go of it
- trying to add a tv series (wonderfalls), i just want to add the last disc, but i only see the option of adding all three again (even though i have the first two at home)
- it'd be great to have some visual indication of which items you already have in your queue while browsing/searching

that's just my quick reaction, i'm really liking it so far and I understand the bugs that crop up in .0 releases. thanks!

I too have had issues logging into my Netflix account through iFlix. I purchased the app today and haven't been able to successfully login to Netflix. I've tried the following:

1. Validated account info in Netflix (making sure I didn't fat finger anything on the iPhone)
2. Uninstalled and reinstalled iFlix
3. Updated my account info on Netflix (to try a new username/email)

Anyone have a solution that has worked? Any suggestions are appreciated!

If you're having issues logging in, try deleting iFlix from iTunes and your iPhone. Then re-download the application and re-sync.

If that doesn't work, try restoring your iPhone.

I'm able to login perfectly using my Netflix information.

Turning off the 'detailed queue' option (in iFlix) worked for me.
Not sure how much more you see with it enabled, but it seems like trying to load 500 movies' worth of details is the problem.

Try turning off Instant Queue and Detailed Queue. Should hopefully help. Also, please let me know if you have a second profile enabled on your Netflix account, and how long your queue is. I'm trying to track down this bug, as it is unreproducible on my account.

To move items to the top, tap edit, then tap the row you'd like to move.

Thanks for the tip. Turning off the Detailed Queue solved the problem. I have about 50 titles each in both regular queue and instant queue. What am I missing from the Detailed Queue?

I spent time with Alex last night (very helpful!). We seemed to discover that if a user has 2 profiles in their account, you cannot login with "Detailed Queue" turned on. For the primary profile, once you turn off "Detailed Queue" you can login. Funny thing is that if you login with the secondary profile (and "Detailed Queue" on) you are able to get in successfully. Just not from the primary profile. Unfortunately, I can't delete the second profile on my account (and neither can Netflix).

Just FYI. Turning off "Detailed Queue" is definitely a workaround. Thanks for your help and follow up!

I've researched this with other users who had the problem but had no profiles enabled. This doesn't seem to be a simple problem to nail down at all. Especially since I have multiple profiles and can log into both mine with details and instant (you didn't think I'd release this without testing did you?)

If anyone with this problem wants to lend me their Netflix credentials (or maybe Alex will), I can debug and track down the source of your woes. The problem is unreproducible for me, as much as I try to break my account.

I'm having the same problem too. I don't have multiple profiles.
If it makes any difference, I do have my account enabled for Blu-Ray (which is the whole reason I'm enabling detailed queue, to see movie format, right? Because I don't see it with details off)

I dont think that's a problem.
I dont have anything with blu ray and it's still giving me problems.
I was thinking that maybe becuase my email address has a "+" sign in it?

Hi Guys-

I've heard from the dev and he has identified a fix. It should be available next week in the App Store (on average it takes Apple a week to review and approve updates). The devs were very helpful and followed up immediately with me to ask questions and help troubleshoot the issue. These guys are tremendously responsive. Just thought I'd give a quick update.

Hey,
Thanks a lot for this update.
Good thing I don't have to keep wondering whether they would fix it or not.

iFlix has been removed until Apple approves the new version to fix an issue with users not being able to log in.

Thank God it wasn't pulled lol.

Any insight to my issue of not being able to add movies to my queue? Like I find the movie I want and select add to bottom of queue and then nothiing happens.
