iPhone 1.1.1. Would like to upgrade to 1.1.3 + unlock + jailbreak. Pls help!

I have and iPhone with FW 1.1.1. I have been curious about upgrading to 1.1.3, but would like to know if anyone has any experience with this?
Does it delete everything on your phone, ie 3rd party apps, installer, games etc?

Does anyone know of a quite simple guide to upgrading, unlocking and jailbreaking?

I have now learned how to you WinSCP but dont know if I will use that program?

Unfortunately if you restore or upgrade to 1.1.3 all data will be lost, which is, in a way a good thing, because its better to start off 1.1.3 with a stock clean phone with everything working!!! Now you didnt mention if you are with AT&T or with another carrier, but anyway, if you are with AT&T all you need to do is jailbreak it, on the other hand if you are with another carrier then by all means jailbreak,unlock and activate it using Ziphone 2.5. The program is self explanitory and easy to use, just check off the options you wish to do and with one click your on your way.. 2 to 3 mins. your done and you will also have the installer app. already on your phone. Point your browser to http://www.iphone.unlock.no and click on the picture then download the file.

get ziphone, restore to 1.1.4 emphasis on restore to it..ur going to lose all ur stuff, run ziphone, this unlocks jailbreaks and activates ur phone.its gonna ask u if u want to use the previous back up file for ur phone or set up as a new phone..click new phone..fairly simple..did it to my phone yesterday from 1.1.1 .lost the use of some apps like customize so no more custom dock but otherwise its fairy good..had a little problem after with the area code issue with my phonebook but i found a fix for it
