I have a clicking noise at the bottom near the speakers. I haven't even activated the phone yet. I'm returning it to Verizon and will wait a month or so to reorder.

So you are waiting for a new production? I sent my iPhone to Apple, waiting for a new one.

I chatted with an Apple specialist and was told to just return it since its within the 14 day return period with Verizon. I checked with Verizon to make sure I wouldn't pay a $50 restock fee because it was damaged, and they didn't charge me. So I returned it through them. I'm using an XR now so I'm not in NEED of a device, but I do want the 11 Pro.

I am so done with Apple. Got a new one, after waiting 3 weeks. Same problem, this time the clicking noise is even louder.

I checked out the video. I don’t know. I’m on the fence. You would have to deliberately press that area to get the noise. Does it affect the functionality at all? At any rate you get up to 30 days to return or exchange at the Apple store

My phone has much bigger noise than this. My screen is also popping so who knows if the screen will get more worse in the future.
Seems to be a glue issue.

However, the phone cost 1400USD. I really expect better quality than this anyway. So I am returning this one aswell.

Hi
I bought a brand new 11 pro yesterday! I havent noticed that clicking sound until I read a post about it. Mine just makes that clicking noise when soft touch the applo logo area. I barely hear it and i dont know if its an issue or a normal thing. No screen popping/clicking noises. Do you guys have a new one from apple ? Is this issue gone ?
Thank you and sorry for my English!
