So here is the deal. I am running iOS 13.1.3 no JB or beta’s. I’m not able to watch my purchases made threw iTunes via the Apple TV app. Also in Apple Music my playlist will not sync or even let me add songs to playlist. I have contacted Apple and they told me to reset the device and that hasn’t fixed the issues. I have uploaded some videos of the issues.

I have a Apple TV, iPad, an iPhone XS Max and don’t have this issue in those devices.

Very strange behaviour. When you restored your iPhone, did you set it up as new, or restore from a backup?

If you restored from backup, it may be worth trying a setup from new, that made a huge difference with my Pro Max.

With the videos, do they play if you download them first?
Do they play from the Library Tab in Apple TV?

I set up has a new phone and my library tab is empty.
