Hi, I bought my daughter a second hand iPhone 11 Pro and i'm having trouble activating it, when we first got it, it would not activate over 4g or wifi but after maybe 8/10 attempts I managed to activate it with my MacBook then after a few weeks there was an ios update and after the restart the phone booted back up but with no signal and under 'Mobile Data' it just says error. Go into mobile data and it says "An update is required to use mobile data on this iPhone" tried everything I can think of:-
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Software Update.
  4. If an update is available, tap the Download and Install button.
  5. Enter your passcode to confirm.
Has anybody seen anything like this before?

Is it an update of the carrier settings? Maybe you can contact your carrier to ask if they know what the problem is.
