iPhone 11 Pro Rattling noise from earpiece speaker during call

I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro few days ago but I am noticing that during phone calls, the earpiece sound quality is not upto the mark.. It sounds like rattle. I tried even shaking the phone but couldnt hear any rattling noise. Also, this issue does not occur during music playback or while playing games.. its only during phone calls. Is anyone else having the same issue or perhaps can help me ?

Edit : The rattle like sound is there only when on speaker mode.. but when not on speaker mode, I hear no such noiss from that same speaker during calls.
