iPhone 11 Pro slutters on a slow scroll

Hi,

The iPhone is fast and responsive but in some cases when I do a slow or small scroll the iPhone slutters a bit.
On the video you can see the scroll is smooth but it starts to slutters (0:06) when I do a slow scroll.

Is this any known bug or is something wrong with my device?

I don’t have this issue on my 6S

Maybe the video was not perfectly showing the issue but I was having slowdowns that both my iPhone 6s and my girlfriend's iPhone 7 don't have.
I wiped out and reinstalled iOS and it solved my issue. The main difference is that this time I didn't set up from my iPhone 6s

Are you referring to the ghosting/blurring as in here?
