Hi, I have an iPhone 11 Pro, and these are the problems with it:
iPhone 11 Pro speaker distortion when loud, bottom microphone noise, fast draining despite 93% battery health and no tele camera
Can these be caused by dust inside or something like that? As I know the phone was in touch with water, and the indicator is not red. But it had dust under the silicon case.
The main and the wide camera can be used, but the wide lens only in third party apps. The tele cam produces fully black image in diagnostic app.
Thanks for the answers.

Dust would not cause any of the issues you've described. Sounds more like the water exposure has caused damage to components even though the indicators are showing normal. Another possibility is if the device has been dropped. I'd say it's time for a newer device..

Try DFU mode and then try first w/o Backup install.

If then everything is good, you could install your backup. If not – looks not so good.

If the backup installation went wrong, so you know something with the backup is faulty. Then make a new DFU mode and don’t install the backup, instead set the iPhone up as fresh.

I'll try that, thanks. It's strange because I got this phone from someone who said he didn't used it for a while, the phone was in it's box maybe for a half year and before he decided to sell it, did a factory reset, the iOS was older and updated itself at the same time he turned on the phone and did the reset. He said he had none of these problems before with these phone, and everything is original. I'm sure the screen is original, True Tone works. FaceID also works, and all other functions are ok. These problems with the mic and the speakers do not seem so serious, the noise does not make speech unrecognisable and speakers only distorted in the loudest levels. So the phone is usable, but these problems makes me nervous...
